We keep our project loads deliberately manageable so that senior engineers stay involved beyond the kick-off meeting. The engineer who sealed your drawings is the engineer who answers the phone when a question arises at the pour.
Structural work begins with load path and ends with a detail a steel fixer can actually build. We model in ETABS, SAFE and STAAD, but the model is the beginning of the argument, not the end of it — every critical element is verified by hand calculation before it is issued.
Foundation decisions made without data are expensive decisions. Our geotechnical team plans and supervises the investigation, interprets the results, and issues recommendations a structural engineer can design against directly.

A federated model is worth having only if every discipline is genuinely in it. We coordinate structural, architectural and MEP models into a single environment, run clash detection on a fixed cycle, and issue drawings from the model rather than alongside it.

A residential development had been designed on a piled foundation before ground investigation was complete. When the borehole logs arrived, competent rock sat far shallower than assumed across most of the footprint.
We re-analysed the foundation, replaced piling with pad footings over three-quarters of the site, and retained piles only where the rock head dropped away. The revised submission cleared approval without comment.
The structural package was the only one on the project that came back from the authority without comments. That saved us a month we had not budgeted for.
Their resident engineer caught a reinforcement detail our subcontractor had misread before the pour. That single catch paid for the supervision scope.
